Everything you could ever need for a wedding had been gathered in one venue. For eight hours, a vast array of soon-to-weds, their families and guests were face-to-face with over forty top-notch wedding suppliers as they planned their big day. On January 20, 2018, co-hosts, Event Architects and the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa held the 1st Edition of The Wedding Experience at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa in Gainey Ranch, to make wedding planning easier for couples about to tie the knot.
Wedding suppliers showcased their best and trendiest works and couples and guests were treated like royalty all throughout the exhibit. Quality service and products need not come with hefty price tags as the wedding suppliers gave out discounts and freebies to soon-to-weds who booked on the spot! Tips and other advice was provided by experts in the field. Event Architects created the overall styling of the event, while other florists and event planners picked the prettiest flowers for display to show brides-to-be.
Couples and guests who registered before or at the event were eligible to win raffle prizes provided by the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa. The lucky winners received: a GRAND PRIZE: One Night Stay for Two with a 60-minute Spa Treatment for Two, and INDIVIDUAL PRIZES consisted of: (2) 60-minute Spa Treatments for Two, a Wine Me Dine Me for Two in SWB and a Dinner at Alto Ristorante E Bar for Two…all within the host resort!

Guests were entertained throughout the day with talented musicians and artistic dancers amidst. One could find Middle Eastern, Indian and Classical genres revelling in the background and on the elaborate LED-framed, black gloss stage, which was also a dance floor!

Working many years behind-the-scenes, in various Hollywood music, television, film projects, and high profile events and witnessing so much creative potential unfold in front of her eyes; Seema began to see boundless possibilities in producing events herself for the Hollywood entertainment industry and in the community as well.
Seema founded her first company, Event Diva, in the year 2000, in Beverly Hills, California. With a strong desire to literally expand her horizons; she moved across the globe to be closer to her South Asian roots. Having worked on a vast array of events and weddings between Dubai & India, 2008-2015, she is now settled back in the USA with her family.
With 25 years of event & wedding design, sourcing, production, management & marketing experience. Seema has managed & executed projects for some of the world’s most elite families & finest entertainment groups like HBO, MTV, Showtime & Warner Brothers. Her portfolio now includes an array of luxurious birthday parties for all ages, weddings, corporate, special events, festivals & exhibitions in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Dubai & India.
Her travels & experiences led to the creation of Event Architects in Arizona & the building of an integrated portfolio of services for the event & wedding industry:
• A couture-level bridal show starting in Arizona, for the South Asian and Middle Eastern markets
• Event site selection, including hotel room blocks, event space analysis and destination management
• Select event styling and consultation
In addition to studying Business Administration & Management, she also continued her education in Special Event Planning & Marketing at UCLA & strives to constantly educate & update her knowledge of the latest trends & techniques to exceed clients expectations & create only successful results.
