HEALTHY LIVING WITH CORONA…

As the corona virus is still around, we have to live with it, not only live with it around but also keep ourselves healthy physically as well as mentally. Maintaining mental health along with physical health is more important. I am helping everyone for maintaining health by keeping people updated on my facebook account and posting blogs.
Main thing which we should do now is mainly keep boosted our immunity and taking care of lungs, as the lungs which keep the blood clean and healthy with proper oxygen levels, so that it passes out easily from the blood vessels and there is no deposition of lipids in the arteries.
We have to take care of heart as it has to send the blood to the other organs for proper functioning.
As per my analysis of the symptoms and prognosis of corona with respect to ayurveda and various research papers which are based on the studies from the autopsies of corona victims. 
I am guiding people for taking care of their vital organs with “PULMONIZER” capsules which are a combination of herbs, which take care of the acidic content of the body, contains trifla,vasa in an alkaline form along with other medicinal herbs which are good for heart, brain , lungs and  especially bones.
Charak Samhita – Vimana Sthana – Chapter III is dedicated to “Jan-Padodwansa”,  it explains that these Pandemics are caused by imbalance or we can say Environmental Degradation of Air  
( Vayu) Water ( Jala) Country  (Desha) and Time (Kala) .
All the combined pollutions have caused the increase in VATA AND PITTA ELEMNT OF THE environment and Lead to the depletion  and  pollution of KAPHA ELEMENT, which the lining protecting every vital organ in the body. 
The  lungs are the major place of kapha which is getting affected by the Corona, as the vata prokope has lead to the thinning of the of endothelium lining of the lungs, which is leading to other complications. 

ALL THE SITES BEING AFFCETED ARE OF KAPHA …..
1.    Nose :  starts from nose 
2.     tongue : part of buccal cavity 
3.    Sinuses : all  internal part of the mouth 
4.    Throat :  also a part 
They are advised to be cleaned by gargles or swashing .
5.    Lungs : main part getting affected 
6.     head : hyperactivity of the brain lead to compromised immunity, now a days brain is unable to produce the healthy harmones leading to harmonal dysfunction and rising problems as pcos, infertility, diabetes , thyroidism and other metabolic  problems . If the brain is unable to do its regular job then how it can tackle the new type of a virus. Its reaction becomes weired and uncontrolled.
7.    Synovial fluid : site of the main defensive mechanism ,  all white blood cells and all cytokine formation.
8.    Fats or linings  : place for protection and defence.
9.    Pancreas :  cytokines are produced in the pancreas  as well, one of the reason for fear to diabetic people.
10.     stomach :   more alkaline the body, more healthy  it is.
11.    Disturbed metabolism caused compromised plasma formation.                                                           Lymph (plasma ) :  use ful for the nutrition of the body.  It is also being useful in the treatment.
REASONS WHICH CAN LEAD TO COMPLICATIONS ………..
1.    The blood should be healthy or we can say alkaline in nature, when blood is clean it reaches every part of the body and the brain including the lungs properly.
2.    Liver ( Ranjak pitta) should be healthy so that it can transform rasa to rakta. No acidity should be there, as Acidity  is the MAIN REASON FOR ATHEROSCLEOSIS                           ( narrowing of lumen) LEADING TO OTHER COMPLICATIONS.  
3.    Atherosclerosis affects the supply of blood to every part of the body, including heart itself, lungs and brain ( Nervous system  become unable to perform well, so affecting all nervous supplies).
4.    There is cystokine storm, which we can say is due to the brain. Brain is not in synchronization with body and it does not know how to react so every system go out of control, PIOUS OIL helps in controlling the hyperactivation of brain.
5.    The sites of defensive mechanism should be healthy (bones – synovial fluid ) 

THE FOLLOWING PARAMETERS SHOULD BE ADOPTED BY EVERYONE FOR STAYING HEALTHY 
1.    As the tissues which are getting infected are kapha every where wheather lungs, brain, synovial fluid, we have to work on toning up of kapha element and it should be healthy.
2.    People should be taught to just start eating at proper intervals and with concentration, without watching Tv or mobiles, it will help the body to generate enough of saliva or kledak and Bodak kapah responsible for the assimilation of food, absence of kledak kapha is a major reason for acidity and compromised immunity.
3.    Intructing patient having turmeric milk with some almonds and raisons can be mandatory. It will work on cleaning kapha and toning it.
4.    Gargelling whenever you go outside and come back can be useful and should be followed religiously, it reduce the chances of infection .
5.    Drinking warm water is good, we can add a pinch of sendha namak when sleeping at night.
6.    Pouring 2- 2 drops of almond oil in nasal sinuses is helpful, hyperactivation of the brain comes as  a major reason for compromised immunity, Pranayaam is advised but people don’t follow it religiously then applying oil in nasals and applying 5 drops at belly button should be mandatory to control vata prokope, in body.
7.    Most important is BRAIN TONIC PRUDENCE CAPSULES OR SYNAPSYN CAPSULES, for tonning up of brain muscles.
8.    We can use GILOY GHAN VATI OR SANSHAMANI VATI, MORNING EVENING . 
9.    Need of the hour: Judicious use of the mobile.
10.    OSTEOSTAT  capsules can be taken for healthy bone marrow, consequently healthy defensive metabolism.

12.    Yoga asana, Meditation and Breathing Exercises (Pranayama)  should be practiced . The most effective exercise at home, that can enhance lung capacity is breathing exercises or Pranayama. As CORONA attacks the lungs, so increase the oxygen carring capacity of the lungs. 
13.    Yoga, Meditation and physical postures can also help improve overall immunity and improve mental well being.
14.    Everyone should consume seasonal fruits and vegetables only.
15.    Should have fresh Juices and Nuts judiciously. 
16.    People should be guided to come in harmony with nature, should sleep between 9: 30 to 10 pm, which is the kapha time. Sleep will be induced without having any of the pills people are use to, they can get up at time and all the routine will be set.
17.    Must fumigate our houses with herbal PIOUSELEMENTS, my PATENT PRODUCT (fumes having antimicrobial effects that is on germs, bacteria and viruses) and clean the floors with salt and raise your immunity by balancing chakra.
