Talking Rock, Prescott Arizona’s premier master planned community, is unveil-ing its next phase. Sterling Ranch at Talking Rock will include a limited number of large pristine home sites up to 10 acres and just 30 minutes outside Pres-cott. The available home sites will be selected for purchase by prior reserva-tion only. In addition to sizeable acreage, its adjacent to Arizona State Trust Land and includes Talking Rock’s infrastructure and amenities already in place. Mesa city owned land of about 28 acres was approved for commercial project in the heart of the Riverview mixed use district of Mesa. The project will total 1.35 million square feet of Class A office space designed to attract and retain premier, market leading companies and their employees. It will include four buildings ranging from four to eight stories and from 225,000 square feet to 450,000 square feet. Each building will feature a high tech, glass heavy exteri-or. Interiors will feature large and open floorplans with high ceilings.

Good News for Tucson Market! Amazon has Continued to expand its opera-tions even as it considers the finalists for its new co-headquarters complex, Amazon said it will open an 855,000 square foot customer fulfillment center in Tucson. The new warehouse, where workers will pick, pack and ship items such as electronics, books, housewares and toys to customers, will be the fifth Amazon facility in Arizona and its first in the Tucson area. The single story warehouse will comprise 64 loading docks, 398 tractor-trailer parking spaces and a 60 foot clear ceiling height.
Phoenix shopping complex was sold the single-story structure was built in 1988 on nearly three acres, a few blocks from Honor Health John C. Lincoln Medical Center. It totals about 25,898 square foot.
Sigma Contracting converted a distribution center into a manufacturing facility for Katerra, a technology driven offsite construction company. The project in Phoenix consists of 200,000 square feet of manufacturing area and 40,000-square-feet of office space for Katerra’s design team. The manufacturing side is a single story with 28-foot clear height and the office portion is two stories.
